Our most popular rendering system is K Rend. It does not require any painting or any maintenance that a traditional sand and cement render may require.
Sand and cement render is the process of applying product to the exterior walls of a property, mainly to give a textured or smooth finish. Traditional render has been used for centuries on old buildings and is still used in the modern age as it improves the stability and durability of a property. Sand and cement render is a grey finish and can be painted with masonry paint to your desired colour upon completion once cured.
